BY USING THIS WEBSITE AND/OR PURCHASING ANY PRODUCT(S) FROM KK&S DESIGNS, LLC, YOU ACCEPT THAT YOU ARE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH US UNDER THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO AMEND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME. COPYRIGHT.
All designs and illustrations are the copyright and property of KK&S Designs, LLC. Neither you nor a third party may copy any part of the design or reproduce it in any way without permission from KK&S Designs, LLC. We reserve the right to reproduce, photograph and/or publish, on any website and/or social media platform, any part of the design(s) created for you.
QUOTES AND DEPOSITS
Quotes are valid for 3 days only.
Any deposit payment requested by us must be paid before any design work begins. All deposits are non-refundable. The outstanding balance must be paid in full before printing takes place.
PROOFS AND REVISIONS
For semi-custom design collections, 2 rounds of revisions are included with your order (in addition to your first drafts). Thereafter, additional revisions will incur additional charges at a rate of $80 USD per hour, charged in one-hour increments.
Please choose your semi-custom design carefully, as a change of mind on design collection after we have commenced design work will incur a redesign fee starting at $80 USD.
For bespoke designs, 3 free rounds of revisions are included with your order. Thereafter, revisions will be charged at an hourly rate of $80 USD.
You are responsible for proofreading all text and copy in the digital proof(s) supplied to you. By approving your final proof(s) for print, you accept full responsibility for the information, spelling, grammar, and layout as shown in the final proof(s). If mistakes are found after you approve the final proof(s) and your items need to be reprinted, you will be charged for the reprinting. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your proof(s) carefully before approving them for print.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds due to a change of mind or a change of personal circumstances. Please choose carefully upon ordering. If we have not yet commenced design work on your order, you may change your items to something else in our product range to make up the value you have already paid.
DAMAGED, FAULTY OR MISSING ITEMS.
We do not offer any refunds on personalized/customized orders due to the personal nature of the goods. This applies to all items that are tailored to you specifically, including but not limited to, wedding invitations, save the dates, table plans, menus, place cards, and table numbers.
If, upon receiving your product(s), they are damaged or the printing is deemed faulty, you may request a reprint within 5 days of receiving the product(s). A reprint request must be made in writing or via email. We will not reprint your product(s) if the content is wrong due to a mistake made when ordering – this does not constitute faulty printing.
Reprints will only be offered free of charge if we deem that the stationery is faulty or does not meet the specifications of your order. If you request a reprint, we may request that you return all or some of the product(s) to us first (at your own cost). We may also request photographic evidence of alleged fault or damage. Reprints will not be ordered unless and until we receive the returned product(s) and photographic evidence as requested by us. We also retain copies of all printed goods to enable us to assess any possible printing fault or damage.
We do not offer any refunds on damaged, faulty or missing items. Rather, we will reprint your product(s) per these terms and conditions.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Shipping Notification: Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched
Shipping Methods

Tracked Shipping: All full orders are shipped using a trackable service (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Customers will receive a tracking number once the item has been shipped.

Sample Packs: Shipped via standard untracked mail to keep shipping costs low. Please allow extra time for delivery.
Shipping Timeframes

If no specific shipping date is advertised, we aim to ship all products within 30 days, per FTC guidelines

Shipping Liability & Risk of Loss

Once an order is handed off to the carrier, KK&S Designs is not liable for delays, damage, or loss during transit.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments using the provided tracking number.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is transferred to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

KK&S Designs is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned to us due to address errors.
Lost or Stolen Packages

If a tracked package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, or their local post office.

KK&S Designs cannot replace or refund items confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Shipping insurance is available upon request to cover potential losses.
International Orders

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International shipments may be subject to additional fees (customs duties, taxes, import tariffs), which are not included at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer

Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Refunds for Shipping Issues

If your order cannot be shipped or is canceled due to shipping delays beyond the promised timeframe, a full refund will be issued in accordance with the FTC Mail Order Rule.

Refunds for orders canceled due to shipping delays will be issued within 7 business days for credit card payments.
PRINTING VARIATIONS
Printed colors may slightly differ from those seen on screen. If you are unsure about a color, printed proofs are available on request, at additional cost. Printed samples and printed proofs may not exactly match the finished product due to variations in the print production process. Printing can result in small variations. Minor differences in texture, color, size, and positioning can sometimes occur and are not classed as a fault.
TESTIMONIALS AND GALLERY IMAGES
All the testimonials on this website are written by clients of KK&S Designs, LLC. By placing an order with KK&S Designs, LLC, you agree to images of your stationery and any feedback sent via email being published on our website or on any social media platform. If you would prefer not to have your stationery image or testimonial published, you can notify us in writing via email at any point and we will remove any images or text as soon as reasonably possible.
COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, ‘comments’), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit, or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality, or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the service you provide that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the service provided to you or on any related website, including pricing information, except as required by law.
ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or service(s) following the posting of any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Design Specifications
When you receive your proof, it is your responsibility to review it for any errors, including spelling, dates, or punctuation. We allow less than 24 hours for the approval process for revisions if necessary. Any delay during the approval period will likely result in a delay in the overall production, so timely communication is crucial. Once the item has been approved and sent to print, no further changes can be made. If the item is printed with an error that was not corrected during the proofing process, you will be responsible for any reprinting costs.
We allow for two minimal revisions, such as changes to font, color, word placement, or minor adjustments. Any revisions that require changes in shape, size, or overall design will incur a $25 charge per item. The fee for a digital proof is $25 (includes 2 rounds of changes), and $50+ for a hard copy proof (digital/offset printing only).
Once the order has been approved, it will be placed into print production. At this point, no additional corrections or changes can be made. Reprinting fees will be the client's responsibility. Any additional fees for corrections or changes will be added to the balance at the time of pickup.
Issues Not Covered
Image Pixelation
Image quality greatly depends on the type of file that is sent. SCREENSHOTS will be pixelated and are not high-quality images. If the file is a raster (pixel-based) image, increasing the DPI would not improve the quality. The only thing that it will do is decrease the quality. When you increase the resolution, your image editing software does calculations and fills in the space based on those calculations. Since the calculations are not 100%, the quality of the artwork decreases.
There are three options to remedy this issue:
a) Find new artwork (scalable vector format if possible) or photo or b) Remake or resend the current artwork or photo (in a higher resolution original format) c) Print as is.
Please note that if the buyer submits their own artwork, it will be printed as is. Proofs are only sent if KK&S Designs, LLC is providing the design.
Image Use Policy
By providing images to KK&S Designs, LLC, you grant us the right to use these images as we see fit. This includes, but is not limited to, use on our website, social media platforms, marketing materials, and other promotional efforts. Once you submit any images to us, we reserve the right to use, edit, and distribute these images without restriction or compensation to you.
By submitting images to KK&S Designs, LLC, you confirm that you have the legal right to grant us these permissions. If you have any concerns or specific requests regarding the use of your images, please communicate them to us in writing prior to submission.
